Claire uses a Co-active coaching approach and believes that clients have the answers or they can find answers if they are asked the right questions. Through this approach, she addresses the Client’s whole life given that we often cannot compartmentalize the different aspects of our lives since they are all somehow interlinked. She believes that self-awareness is key for personal and professional growth and therefore helps her clients leverage on it as they work on their coaching goals.

She is currently part of a select team of Global coaches offering pro bono coaching to organizational leaders in the NGO and social entrepreneurship space under the auspices of the Ethical Coach Global initiative. Her expansive exposure to development programming and Institutional Development is an asset to her coaching. Claire is also part of the pool of coaches for Draper Richards Kaplan (US).

I am a coaching ambassador whose rallying call is developing heart-centered leaders, who embrace and apply the coaching philosophy to ignite and elevate human performance in all spheres of life. As a Master Certified Coach (MCC) since 2018, I serve in the league of the top 10 highest qualified coaches in Africa and top 1000 coaches globally. I have invested over 5000 hours of coaching; coached over 200 clients, mostly C-Suite level organization leaders.

Michael has worked in the mental health, media and personal development and education sectors. This journey has comprised him working as a Counselling Psychologist at his practice: Serenity Group; a broadcast media practitioner at Capital FM, Kiss FM, Classic FM, Medeva, and the Standard Group’s KTN, and as a lecturer at PAC University. This cumulative quarter century of knowledge and experience now culminates in a budding career as a Life, Leadership and Communication Coach with Serenity Group, and as an Associate Trainer, member of the Faculty and Associate Coach with CDI-Africa Coaching Group.

Gladys is a versatile people-oriented professional with over twenty years’ experience leading diverse teams in the humanitarian sector both locally and internationally. She is an expert in managing teams, creating a high-performance workplace to make workers as effective as possible in their individual roles. As a coach she has worked with entrepreneurs from Kenya, Ghana and Senegal. 

She is a consultant coach with the Institute For Family Business (IFFB) and The Coaching Hub. Her coaching specialization is in Personal branding for personal effectiveness and managing teams. She is also an event organizer and coordinator. Gladys guides people who have gone through personal trauma and loss through the healing process, while imparting coping mechanisms.

I am well versed in Operations and Customer Experience with extensive experience in Kenya, South Sudan and South Africa in developing both strategic and tactical solutions. I work with teams to deliver customer solutions by managing the complete value chain.

As a Life and Leadership coach, I partner with my clients to help them maximize their personal and professional potential. I have a passion for mentorship and coaching. I currently mentor with SHOFCO and G4G (Girls for Girls). I have undertaken ICF accredited coach training programs and am a Certified Work Place Coach (CWPC), Certified Group and Team Coach (CGTC). I volunteer and serve in the ICF Kenya Chapter Board and was the ICF Kenya Chapter President (2019).
