I am an ICF certified coach and a Learning Consultant with over 12 years experience in the learning and training space. In the past, I have trained people in the banking sector, development, parastatals and government institutions and religious organisations. In my training, I have handled staff at all levels; from entry level staff to board members. I have trained others on improving performance, how to set-up and run business, customer relations and leadership and more.

As a Learning Consultant, I offer solutions aimed at supporting the strategic direction of an organisation through a combination of training, mentoring and coaching.

A serial entrepreneur with over 15 years extensive experience in content publishing and engagement with C-level private and public sector stakeholders. Qualifications: Certified Executive Leadership Coach; Prince2 Certified Project Management Practitioner and an Information and Communication Scientist.

I am well versed in Operations and Customer Experience with extensive experience in Kenya, South Sudan and South Africa in developing both strategic and tactical solutions. I work with teams to deliver customer solutions by managing the complete value chain.

As a Life and Leadership coach, I partner with my clients to help them maximize their personal and professional potential. I have a passion for mentorship and coaching. I currently mentor with SHOFCO and G4G (Girls for Girls). I have undertaken ICF accredited coach training programs and am a Certified Work Place Coach (CWPC), Certified Group and Team Coach (CGTC). I volunteer and serve in the ICF Kenya Chapter Board and was the ICF Kenya Chapter President (2019).
