Being a seasoned banker and experienced leader I enjoyed a fulfilling career in the banking industry for over 28 years. I have served as an in-house coach and mentor and this experience was so fulfilling that I recently made the decision to follow my passion and immerse myself fully into the world of coaching, mentoring, and leadership development on a full-time basis. I am a Coach, Mentor, and Business Consultant who specializes in facilitating personal and team effectiveness, organizational transformation, and culture change.

I am a certified NLP Practitioner and Life Coach whose main goal is to bring value to others. My favorite times during coaching is when my clients get the a-ha! moment . I hold an MBA and have over 5+ years of experience as an L&D in the retail industry in UAE and Kenya. I believe that change and growth are possible through a transformational mindset.
